There is an event happening this Tuesday. I love events. I love staying up late to watch them live, getting excited about announcements and getting far too carried away for things that might be crap, or might not see the light of day for a number of years. Even so, I can’t help myself. Tomorrow night it is Paris Games Week and, specifically, Sony’s big European conference for the year. We have had Tokyo Game Show and we have had E3 – now it is our turn.
This is the first time Paris Games Week has been a major event for Sony, with previous years being the haunt of Gamescom (the biggest consumer event in the world.) This year Gamescom fell too close to E3 and TGS so Sony have decided to show some love to France, Paris and those of closer to their time zone. I am excited.
