Sonic has been changed quite a lot over the years and in Sonic Boom he’s taller than ever, but not quite as tall as Knuckles. It’s clear to see that the visuals are better than ever but that’s not really what deems the success of a Sonic game. It has to be quick, fun and addictive, and this is the large big chance for sonic to succeed.
This time round you can shoot through levels using a slingshot, while Metal Sonic is set to make an appearance. This game will definitely take some time to get used to if you haven’t played a sonic title since you had a SEGA Megadrive but it’s very much targeted towards a younger audience.
The trailer gives you an insight into the storyline, but only time will tell whether this game has been a success, and we don’t have that much longer to wait.
